The Video CDs and DVDs are
people with slow internet connections or those who would
like to show the video at a conference
where getting AV equipment may be cumbersome. The free
video is on the CD in two formats: RealMedia (.rm) and MPEG
(.mpg). MPEG is a universally standard format that may
be played with almost any media playing program.
The RealMedia file may be played only with RealPlayer; we have
included RealPlayer 10 on the CD for your own ease.
